Our office is conveniently located in Granger, Iowa. Can’t make it into the office? Teletherapy can be a great option where you can receive services from the comfort of your own home.
Meet Ali
Hi there! I am Ali Janning and I have been practicing in the field of mental and social work for the past 16 years. I am passionate about helping individuals obtain a better understanding of themselves through exploring their connection with their body, mind, and interpersonal relationships. Healing requires a felt sense of safety and I always want to honor and respect where someone is at in their healing journey. I aim to create a space where individuals feel supported and comfortable to address concerns, navigate challenges, and further develop their innate strengths. I fully believe we already have what we need inside of us to heal, we just have to give ourselves the space to remember.
I provide both individual and family therapy. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, attachment difficulties, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and self-image/self-worth concerns. The therapy approaches I turn to when working with clients include: person-centered therapy, compassion-focused, EMDR therapy, somatic based therapy, mindfulness, strengths based, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
